ScholarKit is operated by MR Ventures Ltd (company number 16729039), a private limited company registered in England and Wales with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. These terms govern your use of ScholarKit at scholarkit.co.uk (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

ScholarKit provides a personalised scholarship research report based on information you submit through our quiz. The report is a curated, informational document — it is not legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee that you will receive any scholarship listed.

Scholarship availability, eligibility criteria, and deadlines change frequently and are outside our control. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any opportunity before applying.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that the information you have provided in the quiz is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Your report will be made available to you promptly after payment is confirmed.

Because ScholarKit delivers a personalised digital report, we are not able to offer refunds once your report has been generated and made available to you — this is permitted under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for digital content supplied with your explicit consent prior to the withdrawal period ending.

If you experience a technical fault that prevents you from accessing your report, contact us at mizanur200210@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

All content on ScholarKit — including the report delivered to you — is the intellectual property of MR Ventures. Your report is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce any part of it without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MR Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of ScholarKit or reliance on information in your report. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

You must not use ScholarKit to:

• Submit false or misleading information in the quiz
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service or its content
• Use the Service in any way that is unlawful or harmful

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of ScholarKit after changes constitutes your acceptance.
